Knowing what you want and knowing how you’re going to go about achieving it is what motivation is all about. It’s incredibly important to map out all the steps that you’re going to take and create daily rituals that are going to help you reach your goal.

What you need to do is reaffirm what you’re trying to achieve each and every day, and focus on that. I speak a lot about how important goal setting is, but when it comes to staying motivated it’s important to break your goals down into bite-sized pieces- creating daily rituals will help you with this. When you’re focused on what you need to do, and you enjoy doing it each and every day you’ll feel fired up and excited, and this excitement will keep you going.

It’s natural to go through a slump here and there, but your attitude determines your outcome. Are you committed to giving the rest of this year everything you’ve got? Are you ready to take your life and career to the next level? Then it’s time to start making things happen!
